ADITYA HANDA
Aditya Handa is a strategic visionary leader with extensive experience delivering technology solutions, specifically in the areas of emerging technologies, system engineering, acquisition, and mobility across federal and commercial organizations. He serves as the CEO and Managing Partner of DOSE LLC providing management consulting, system engineering, and technical assistance to support technology customers.

Prior to DOSE, Aditya was the Managing Partner at TCI, where he played a key role in building and driving business growth, and the Civilian Mobility Practice Lead at DMI, where he supported the Customs and Border Protection Office of Information and Technology. He also spent a large portion of his career as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where his strong business acumen and technical project management skills ensured all targets were met by delivering projects, establishing strategies, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
THUY DO
Thuy H. Do is the Founder and President of DOSE LLC, where he provides top-tier management consulting and systems engineering services to federal and commercial clients. With over two decades of distinguished service in the U.S. Navy, Thuy brings extensive expertise in integrated systems acquisition, strategic planning, and information technology management.

Before founding DOSE, Thuy held key roles within the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense. He served as a System and Acquisition Engineer at Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and held leadership positions at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and aboard the USS Philippine Sea. Thuy's strategic vision is grounded in advanced education, including a Master’s in National Military Security Resources Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and a Master’s in Applied Physics from the Naval Postgraduate School.
